PNN-001 Under investigation
Caught in their own Webb
Last to announce. First under investigation. PNN examines a suspicious delay in the Black Webb Bandits' name reveal.
The incident
The Black Webb Bandits were the final team to submit their name. Rumors of cold feet circulated. The word "chicken" was mentioned. PNN has opened a file to determine whether this was a failure of nerve or simply a failure to escape the panther.
Suspected motive
Remain unavailable for comment until the coast was clear. Announcing a spider-themed team while a panther is on patrol may require delicate timing.
Investigator's note
The spider connection is compelling. The chicken connection remains unsupported. Our working theory: they weren't scared to announce. They were waiting for the panther to leave.
Official PNN assessment
Name recovered. Alibi pending. The Black Webb Bandits are officially on the board; the reason for their late arrival remains under investigation.
